We work with Pebbles on the continual development of their PebblesNet system, which helps to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of managing their team of over 100 staff.

All members of the team have access to the system, where they can book holidays, plan their workdays and even log timesheets from their mobile phones. Property owners can also access a login area where they can carry out tasks such as requesting a clean and reviewing their cleaning bookings, as well as receiving smart e-mail newsletter to keep them abreast of developments at Pebbles.

Behind the scenes, slick processes help to check and transfer the data gathered, speeding up payroll and billing processes. 

We've recently worked to introduce other time-saving enhancements, such as automatic text messaging to let staff know when they are working, and we're excited to be part of the continuing development of PebblesNet.
